Yes, we are fully mobile, although we will need access to an outdoor tap and a power socket to complete the job. If this is not available, you can also bring the vehicle to us.

If available, space for a gazebo is also appreciated, as it helps keep the paint cool and clean for the application of Ceramic Coatings and Machine Polishing.

What is mobile detailing?

Mobile detailing is a professional car cleaning and protection service that comes to your location — home, work, or elsewhere — with all tools and products needed

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the service?

Accepted Answer

Not always, but it helps for access, inspection, and the final walkaround. We will need the vehicle keys to conduct the work, and will agree where to leave them if we finish prior to your return home.

How long does the service take?

This depends on a couple of things. 
- The vehicle Size 
- Type / Level of service

As a rough guide:
Valet Services: 
Bronze: 2 Hours
Silver: 3-4 Hours
Gold: 5-6 Hours
Platinum: 8-9 hours

Machine Polishing:
Stage 1: 6 Hours 
Stage 2: Fully Day 
Stage 3: 1 1/2 Days

Ceramic Coatings:
typically 1 to 2 Days
The coating will take 12 hours to fully cure.

What if its raining on the day of my booking?

We do our best to deliver on our promises. Having said this, mother nature can only be avoided so much. in the event that it rains, we may ask you to reschdule your booking so we can ensure we deliver a high-quality service. Your deposit is fully protected and, we will work with you to ensure we provide the service at the next available opportunity.

Any reschduled appointments will be communicated well in advance and based on the most current weather forecasts.

Do you offer gift Vouchers?

Yes, our vouchers can be a wonderful gift for friends and loved ones. Simple place your order for the relevant package, we sent it out with your details and the recipient can redeem the service at their own convenience!

Our vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase

Question 7

Can I reschdule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We allow you flexiblity when it comes to your appointment and we understand that life can get in the way sometimes. Please bare in mind though, that if you decide to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit as we will not be able to fill the date with an alternative service. You will still need to pay the original full price for your new appointment date. So please, if you have something come up, let us know as soon as possible to avoid this from happening.
