Headlight restoration removes oxidation and hazing from faded headlights, restoring clarity and brightness. This improves night-time visibility, enhances the car’s appearance, and helps protect the lenses from further UV damage, keeping them clearer for longer.

Clean the Surrounding Area
Before we begin the restoration process, we need to remove all dirt, tar, glue and other contaminants attached to the bodywork in and around the headlight. This is achieved by using a combination high-quality products.

Protection
We secure the surrouding area with durable masking tape to protect the adjacent panels from the sanding process.

Machine Sanding & Polishing
We Sand down the headlights to remove the damaged layer, using several levels of abrasion from 600 Grit, to 3000. A machine polish is done to even out the surface and provide a glossy shine.
04
Clear Coating
A 2k Clearcoat is applied to the headlight to ensure the headlight is protected from further oxidation / UV Damage.
